HISTORY

NDMS Trading opened business on October 1993 during the years when Engr. Nolando “Nolie” B. Sanchez was still the Municipal Engineer of Sto. Tomas, Batangas. It had five regular employees, and the company was taking office space in his residential house at San Agustin, Sto. Tomas, Batangas. The company’s principal products and services then, were the supply and delivery of basic construction materials such as, gravel and sand. When the company started to venture in government projects, it paved the birth of WMLC Trading and Construction Supply under the sole management of Engr. Wilfredo E. Carpio, since Engr. Sanchez had to render full time job at the Municipal government.

The merging of NDMS Trading and WMLC Trading and Construction Supply started in year 2000 as a company catering to road projects, house and building construction, delivery of aggregates, trucking services and rental of different kinds of construction equipment. It has 35 regular employees and hundreds of contractual workers deployed to various project locations. In 2008, Engr. Sanchez decided to leave the government service and go back in managing his construction business.

Awaiting the release of the upgraded PCAB license, he initiated on buying out the merged NDMS Trading and WMLC Trading to form NDM Sanchez Builders and Development Corporation, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with SEC Certificate no. CS201011193. The main office is situated within a 5,447 sq. meter lot in Brgy. San Agustin, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

At present, Engr. Nolando Sanchez is the President and CEO of NDM Sanchez Builders and Development Corporation. The company is now undertaking numerous government and private projects in Batangas and other nearby towns and provinces. More to this, the company was able to put up another important milestone which gave birth to its Batching Plant to cater to the concrete ready-mix needs of its projects and other clientele. In order to fully meet the requirements of the road projects’ Ready Mixed Concrete, the Batching Plant operation is now in full-swing and a total success.
